9 easily, would have been a 10 if not for a few dodgy ref decisions and payet/lanzini being injured for 2 and 3 months which would have meant we'd have been champions!

9 he can't legislate for poor refs or injuries . The only occasion I was disappointed this season was the Man Utd cup replay he simply picked the wrong team and when he made changes it was too late.

id go 8, would have been a 9 if he hadn't had his blind spot on playing antonio at right back. love the way he tries to win every game and with a bit more luck with dodgy referees, we'd be in the cup final and higher in the league
